---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Angel Policy Paper Smooches Angel Policy grants limited permissions (a license) to purchasers of Paper Smooches Stamps to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. All Paper Smooches products are copyrighted by Kim Hughes (The Illustrator) and are protected under United States and International copyright law, which means they cannot be copied without Paper Smooches permission. Paper Smooches Angel Policy grants limited permissions (a license) to purchasers of Paper Smooches Stamps to create hand-stamped artwork for sale. The terms and conditions of this Angel Policy: •Paper Smooches designs may only be used in the creation of original, hand-stamped or die cut artwork. •The following credit must appear on hand-stamped artwork created for resale: © Paper Smooches •Any
artwork created using Paper Smooches product designs must not infringe
third-party copyrighted material. The artist must accept full
responsibility for his or her artwork. •No product design may be reproduced, copied or resized by any means, including photocopying, computer scanning and printing,
or by freehand drawing. Creating die cut files are not allowed. Hand-stamping is the only allowed format when creating with Paper Smooches artwork. Artwork for sale must be personally hand-stamped
by the selling artist, and any mass production or use of paid workers
is prohibited. •Completed
hand-stamped and die cut artwork may be sold at craft fairs, fund raisers, retail
locations, and over the internet. In the sale of hand-stamped artwork,
Paper Smooches Stamps trademarks and logos may not be used prominently
or in any manner which might lead consumers to believe the hand-stamped
artwork is a Paper Smooches Stamps product. •Paper Smooches products may not be used in business logos, trademarks, or promotional materials. •Paper Smooches products may not be rented. •Paper Smooches die cuts cannot be sold individually or in bulk. •Paper
Smooches Stamps may amend its policies governing the use of its
copyrighted designs and images including the Angel Policy, at any time.
Amendments to such policies are effective upon publication of the
official Paper Smooches Stamps website. Paper Smooches Stamps reserves
the right to deny or terminate permission to use Paper Smooches products. |
